Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Many items in our store require direct personalization from Jay Cutler, and to ensure authenticity and quality, Jay personally handles the packing and signing of these products.

Because Jay travels frequently for appearances and events, there may be occasional, brief delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver a genuine, high-quality experience with every order.

Returns Policy

Cutler Athletics Apparel

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, all Cutler Athletics apparel purchases are final. These items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

International Orders

All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. For questions or additional details, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page.

The Final Rep

Items listed under The Final Rep category are final sale. Because these products are offered at a significant discount, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these items.

Free Gifts and Mystery Items

Free Gifts with Purchase and Mystery Item Gifts with Purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All products featured on The Final Rep page are offered at significantly discounted prices and are sold as is. These items may include discontinued styles, overstock, or limited-quantity products that will not be restocked

Due to the nature of these discounts:

• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any item purchased from this section.
• No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items if a product later appears in The Final Rep section.
• Product availability is limited — items are available only while supplies last. Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is complete.
• Minor packaging imperfections or variations may occur on select items due to clearance or storage handling. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.
